An updated model of ASANO's Tough Block Type PB. As the name suggests, it is tough enough to withstand heavy loads. Assuming the use with metal wire rope or textile rope, we have a lineup of two types with different maximum rope diameters for each size.
■Material: Special stainless steel, Sheave pin/swivel pin: SUS304, Grease nipple: SUS303
*The working load conforms to the working load of the bearings. *This product contains two steel bearings with rubber seals.

Improvements to enhance safety
With the increase in shackle size (compared to the conventional Tough Block Type PB), the size of the swivel pin diameter has been increased. The thickness of the main body where the sheave pin is inserted is about 180% of the current model to improve strength and safety.

Bearings for smooth rotation
Whereas the conventional model has one bearing, this newly developed model uses two bearings to improve the stability during sheave rotation. At the same time, bearings with increased strength are used to match the working load.

Updated grease nipples
The grease nipple has been updated to SUS303, while the current model is made of brass. Furthermore, it is now possible to lubricate the bearings.
